This Series of 5 valve manifolds combine valves into one unitised block to perform isolation, bleed and calibration of pressure transmitters, gauges and switches. Process, Instrument and Vent connections can be provided in a variety of sizes

Five valve manifolds are the most commonly used manifolds. They may be provided with test ports on the process sides and drain ports on the instrument side for drawing of the process and instrument lines respectively.

1. Press up to 6000psig (414bar) for standard stainless steel body
2. Temperature for PTFE packing from -65°F to 450°F (-54°C to 232°C)
Temperature for Grafoil packing from -65°F to 1200°F (-54°C to 649°C)
3. Packing below stem thread isolates the thread lubricant from the media
4. Back seating design protects the packing in fully open position
